Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Procedure

- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Exchange Procedure
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Follow the same procedure as returns and specify the item you wish to exchange.
- Once received, the exchanged item will be shipped to you.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
